New features are being added all the time, and the algorithm is constantly changing. Do hashtags matter? Should you focus more on photo content or video content? How often should you be posting Instagram stories? It’s a lot to keep up with.

  • The short answer: yes.

    The long answer: I’ll need you to provide photos of your work, services, and/or products. If you’re local to Bend, Oregon, I can help you take these photos and videos for an extra cost. The exception to this is graphic design content - I can handle that part. I will always give you ideas and guidance when it comes to content, but be prepared to take and send photos, videos, and topics for me to use.

    Social media heavily favors video content right now as it’s an amazing way to connect with your audience. So depending on your business, I may need video content from you. Be prepared to get on camera - but again, I’ll guide you the entire way. You won’t be left in the dark!

  • It takes some time to see what works and what doesn’t. I’m not here to create a couple of posts that go viral - I want to create a long-term strategy that will help build a loyal community. It will take at least a couple of months for me to implement the plan and make tweaks as needed.

  • My process looks like this:

    1. After you fill out the contact form, I’ll reach out to you to schedule a discovery call.

    2. If we decide to work together, I’ll send you access to your client portal. There, you’ll find all of our files and documents, meeting notes, to-do lists, questionnaires, project timelines, and more.

    3. I’ll develop a custom social media strategy for your business that we will review together.

    4. I’ll start posting! I schedule posts in advance, so nothing ever gets missed.

  • Before we begin, I charge a $495 onboarding fee. This fee covers:

    1. Social media audit and assessment

    2. Transfer of information (logins, brand fonts and colors, etc.)

    3. Developing initial social media strategy

    4. Setting up your custom client portal

    Then, depending on which package you chose, I’ll email you an invoice at the beginning of each month. The amount on the invoice will be due upon receipt.
